I really dislike that Netflix tries to make it out like it’s a user error… No, this is a huge flop on your part Netflix! All of my devices are fiber optic - terrible service. My phone is doing the same and it’s 5g.
Netflix has been buggy for months, meanwhile all my other streaming services run perfectly. So far tonight, it has frozen up four times while watching Tyson v. Paul. Because of course it has.
So sad, we pay top dollar. I have gig connection, 4K netflix and the amount of time I have to reload to watch is insane
Over 20 years of being a tech nerd and understanding basic troubleshooting skills had me do all of this before I found out there was an issue across the board. Sorry, but rebooting my gig Fibre network and devices doesn't help, it's a Netflix issue.
How does Netflix think this is a user issue when people across the country are all having issues. I've spoke to friends in 3 different state who said they had the save issue at the same time. Netflix needs to look inward and resolve the buffering
It's about to happen! It needs fixed like now!
Netflix proving they ain’t ready for the bigtime
This is total BS. My fault? Happening here, and 1 brother and 1 sister in completely separate parts of country.
You are right - this system is not ready. Ruined an evening/night planned for a long time
Tyson and paul took the ring over an hour ago and im just finishing the taylor serrano fight
@Netflix WTF TRYING TO PASS THE BUCK OFF TO THE CUSTOMER?? JUST LIKE A DAMN LIBERAL BLAMING SOMEONE ELSE.
No help when streaming on a smartphone.
Definitely a Netflix problem, I have fibre op with 400 maps speed wired into my TV and it's lagging and buffering. I haven't had this problem in over 10 years!
Shame on you Netflix the Tyson fight capacity you were not prepared for....failure!!
In vermont and my husband has 1TB speed on a 8k 75 inch 5400$ tv directly connected and is still freezing every 30 seconds. It ain't us it's netflix McDonald's setup to run and host a live event but didn't prepare for how many users would be logged in to watch so there services are over encumbered with to many users on it. That's why it's lagging. 100% not internet issues or anything because I should be watching this with him with ZERO issues when it don't get better then what I got
Netflix just reboot the app on my Samsung tv
It sure would have been nice to watch the fight but I guess 1.5gigs per second isn't quite fast enough for Netflix. #Epic fail Netflix
A lil late. Don’t you think Netflix?!
Netflix worse ever pov live event to prove that your a billionaire and still give out late service. Wonder what will happen when WWE comes around as well. Unexcusable for this not letting millions to watch Tyson vs Paul
It's simple. Someone at Netflix dropped the ball and should be terminated. No excuse for this with all the money you collect each month. I've canceled my service with Netflix. I'd like a refund for the remaining days on this cycle!
My husband said rewind the fight 15 minutes don't watch at current live it will help
This literally defeats the purpose of a promised "live" event. After 15-20 minutes of loading and buffering for it to still be where you left off is not how a live stream should be working.
Helpful tip, but Netflix Should read the book on live streaming. Especially if planning to continue with big events. Never see this with live stream football on other platforms.
