The core of Changzhou Viking OMB series high efficiency oil demister adopts "coalescence separation" technology to remove oil mist out of oil fume. The device integrates two functions of oil mist filtration and high-efficiency separation, which can effectively remove particulate impurities, atomized oil fume and water vapor in flue gas.The functions consist of centrifugal coarse separation, motion impact separation and high-efficiency coalescence separation of multiple filtration technology.The unit is specially developed for the lubrication systems. It can effectively remove the oil mist and water vapor in the oil tank, to avoid the potential pollution to the environment. The consumption of lubricating oil can be reduced obviously. Moreover, zero pressure can be ensured in the oil tank, when the fan stops unexpectedly. The design is advanced and has outstanding advantages compared with other competitors.
Principle of high efficiency coalescence and separation technology:High efficiency coalescence and separation filter element is composed of imported materials with different materials and characteristics.All the coalescence and separation materials applied by Changzhou Viking are products of famous foreign companies, which can ensure the performance.Different materials have different filtration voids, surface tension characteristics and lipophilic / hydrophilic, hydrophobic / hydrophobic polarity.Through the combination of different materials, filtration, coalescence and separation can be achieved to ensure the final separation performance.Filtration:In addition to lampblack, oil mist also contains all kinds of solid particles. The existence of solid particles might affect the coalescence separation effect and reduce the service life of the filter element significantly.The Viking coalescence separation filter element is designed with high-efficiency filtration before the coalescence separation layer. The flue gas can pass through the coalescence separation filter element after deep filtration, therefore the service life of the filter element can be improved significantly.Coalescence:Coalescence is carried out according to the different surface tension of the medium.The coalescence layer is a multi-layer winding structure, which is composed of 3 to 4 kinds of materials. Through the specially designed gas channel structure, the enlargement of flue gas from small oil gas to large oil drop is realized.The Viking coalescence separation filter element combines PALL core technology, with large throughput and strong coalescence capacity. It can be used in harsh environment with long time saturated oil mist. It has incomparable advantages compared with traditional methods such as sintering method and felt laying method.Separation:The flue gas passed coalescing filter enters the separation layer of the filter element.Driven by the air, the large oil droplets move forward, collide and polymerize with the separation layer due to the lipophilic / hydrophobic polarity, and finally settle down to the bottom of the container by gravity.Exhaust:The separated oil out of the smoke demister is very clean and can be reused directly. The Viking oil Demister meets the design requirements of P & ID system diagram of foreign oil stations, the oil discharge pipeline is specially reserved, and the pipeline goes deep below the minimum liquid level.
System Schematic Diagrams:Note: 200 / 80 indicates the size of inlet and outlet flange of oil demister.The flanges with special sizes and norms can be manufactured according to the customers's requirements.
·Working medium: oily air/ air with oil smog ·Working conditions: installation on top of oil station, indoor or outdoor operation ·Operating rotation speed: 2900 rpm ·System inlet pressure: - 0.2 ~ - 0.5kpa; initial negative pressure at system diagram PG01: ≤ - 0.25kpa; maximum allowable negative pressure: 10KPA; ·Power supply condition: 380V, 50Hz, 3Ph ·Three different kinds of separation methods are applied to remove oil mist. The first stage is centrifugal method, the second stage is coarse aggregation method, and the third stage is high efficiency gathering separation method.The oil mist removal efficiency is higher than 99.98%, and the oil particles in the oil fume are removed.
·The upper cylinder and lower inlet of lampblack fan are respectively equipped with pressure gauges. ·The by-pass pipeline is set at the inlet and outlet of the oil fume exhaust fan, which is connected with the manual stop valve to adjust the air supply volume of the fan. ·Ensure that the separator inlet is in zero pressure state when the fan is shut down.
Model selection of OMB High Efficiency Oil Demister1.The motor power is 1.1KW, when the flow rate of oil station is lower than 300L / min.2.The motor power is 1.5KW, when the flow rate of oil station is between 300L / min. and 600L / min.3.The motor power is 2.2KW, when the flow rate of oil station is between 600L / min. and 1200L / min.4.The motor power is 4.0KW, when the flow rate of oil station is between 1200L / min. and 1800L / min.5.The motor power is 5.5KW, when the flow rate of oil station is between 1800L / min. and 2400L / min.6.The motor power is 7.5KW, when the flow rate of oil station is between 2400L / min. and 3000L / min.The selection process mentioned above is the standard process for common oil demister. For the oil demister applied on seal gas isolation of gearbox or compressor, a larger model shall be selected. For the oil system with large flow rate (more than 3000L/ min), please ask Viking's engineer for further support.For the oil demister applied on the existing unit on technical improvement purpose, a larger model shall be selected ( case by case checking and analysis are necessary, please ask Viking's engineer).Our Advantages
